Design & Artwork

Sure! Feel free to ask us for a dieline thru email and one of our account managers will provide you with a dieline that you can edit using Adobe® Illustrator. Once completed just send it back to us. It’s that simple!

To be able to offer such a low minimum order quantity on our boxes we have to use digital printing. There are two possibilities for PMS matching. If your quantity is above 1000 units we can match PMS colors using color matching, with this method you will get an 85%+ PMS match. Depending on the size and quantity we can also print using a High Definition Flexo press. Generally speaking your order will have to be above 3,000 units for us to be able to help you with an exact PMS match.

Our production time is 10-14 days depending on the quantity. Once your order is confirmed, you will be able to see an estimated delivery date in the invoice.

Box Materials & Printing

Depending on the box style you chose to purchase with us we’ll use different boards and papers, you may see all their specifications below:

  • Mailer box: E-Flute 32 ECT (200 lbs TEST) – 1/16” thickness.
  • Rigid Box: 0.50pt board + 80lbs (157m) art paper – 1/16” thickness total.
  • Shipping Box: B-Flute 32 ECT (200 lbs TEST) – 1/8” thickness.
  • Folding Box: 18pt Art Card / Box Board / Foil Card / Kraft Board.

Our white board is white on both sides and matte. White board is a great option to print colors. Kraft board is brown on both sides; colors will appear muted but it’s a great way to give your packaging a more natural and eco-friendly look. Our SuperGloss board is our glossy board and is the best option to give your colors an added shine. All our boards are the same thickness.

We do! All the boards we use are made with at least 50% recycled material. All our boards are 100% recyclable too!

They sure are! Even though E-Flute board can seem a bit thin, once formed the box is very sturdy and absolutely safe to ship without any additional protection.

Rigid boxes are meant to give value to your product. They are unfortunately not safe to ship. We recommend that you put them in a mailer or a shipping box. Feel free to get in touch with us. We also have others options available.

Folding boxes are unfortunately not safe to ship. We recommend that you put your folding box inside a mailer or a shipping box.

We can print white ink on our corrugated boxes which are our mailer boxes and shipping boxes. As of now we can only accommodate special orders with quantities above 500 units. If you are ready to order above 500 units, you may get in touch with us and we’ll be glad to assist you.

We can foil stamp however we can only use this process on our Rigid Boxes and Folding Boxes. Since foil stamping involves a different process we can only offer this on order above 500 units, should you want to inquire about foil stamping just contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

All our boxes are manufactured in Malaysia.

All our boxes use single wall. If you require double-wall corrugated boxes, just contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

They are quite sturdy! If you need your boxes to withstand a certain weight, please do contact us, we will be happy to assist.

Orders & Prices

Our production time is 10 – 14 days. Once you order is confirmed, you will be able to see the date of delivery in the invoice.

You’ll receive a digital proof of your box before we go to production. You’ll receive it by e-mail shortly after placing your order.

Your order can be cancelled before you approve your proof, as soon as you approve your proof you will not be able to cancel your order anymore.

Sure! You can change your artwork before you accept your artwork proof. However, after you’ve accepted your artwork proof you will not be able to make any additional changes.

If you’d like to change the quantity of your order you’ll have to do so before you accept your artwork proof. Send us an email and we’ll process the change for you.

Yes, we do provide discount on bulk and multiple box styles orders.

Shipping

Depending on the volume of boxes you are purchasing from us different options will be available upon confirmation of your order. For deliveries within Klang Valley and Selangor, we will deliver with our inhouse Vans / Lorries. For Outstation deliveries, we have a few options, smaller quantity will be delivered thru courier agents namely Skynet/Citylink, and for larger deliveries thru KTM Cargo their extensive rail and road transportation. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you need special delivery arrnagements.

Rigid boxes are an amazing display statement for your brand but it comes at a cost. The box is shipped to you pre-formed. Which means that shipping can be a bit more expensive. Something to consider though is the fact that it costs less to fulfil a rigid box than a mailer as there is no assembly time.

LTL Freight is shipped on a 40” x 48” pallet and are shipped to your door step. Be sure to contact us before placing your order if you have any special shipping needs. Our team will be more than happy to assist you!

You may contact us before or after placing your order. If there is a difference in pricing for the shipping cost, we will either invoice or credit the difference.

You sure can, just be sure to contact us before or after placing your order though, shipping rates can be different if the truck needs to go in a residential area. Regardless, our team will accommodate your needs.

You do need to schedule a delivery date for LTL Freight. Unlike smaller shipments LTL companies will call you in advance and schedule a delivery date and hour with you. This will be done when your packaging are at the warehouse in your area.

Yes we do. We have a warehouse located in Johor Bahru, that act as an holding area for all items that needs to be ship to Singapore, We have clients that order in bulk quantity and get us to ship partially to them from time to time basis. If you are facing storage issues in Singapore please do take advantage of our free stock holding service. Please drop us an email for further assistance.

We do! Printman ships to over 150 countries.
If your address is outside of Malaysia & Singapore we do ask that you check with your country’s customs office if there will be any additional customs charges on your order. Please note that Printman is not responsible for additional charges imposed by your government.

We cannot ship to PO boxes; you will need a full valid address to place an order with us.
